Hey, I'm Kate.
Nice to meet you!
I'm working to make the world a better place through graphic design.
Whether I'm working with individuals seeking to improve their personal wellbeing or large organizations working to create more equity and justice for the communities they serve, my goal is the same: do some good and make a positive impact.
For the last 8 years, I've worked with social justice nonprofits dedicated to building a more just society. It's been so exciting watching those organizations create real change that directly impacts people and their communities. I love having the opportunity to use my skills to help improve the world around me. In service of those organizations working to do good in the world, I've crafted countless Powerpoint presentations, edited and designed pages upon pages of reports and proposals, and built email newsletters for large audiences of donors and stakeholders.
Recently, I've taken my skills in a new direction, creating printable planner pages to impact individuals on a more personal level. Starting as a way to manage my own life, interests, goals, and stressors, I've built out a series of printables to share with others who might think about planning the same way I do. My goal was to create planning tools that weren't spaces of anxiety over to-do lists, obligations, and forced productivity, but rather a space to work toward exciting goals, stay present with your health and energy, and find a little more space for joy in your days. I'm excited about this new venture and venue for connecting with clients on a more personal level. You can shop these printables on my Etsy store.
When I'm not working on any of those projects, you can usually find me breathing in some fresh air outdoors, practicing my downward-facing dog on my yoga mat, trying a new vegetarian recipe, or plotting my next getaway. And whether I'm at work or play, I almost always have a cup of coffee glued to my hand.
